It started when my wife wanted to do wireless printing and unfortunately the MP 620, and other wireless printers from Canon were not available in the local electronics stores. What we did get was an HP printer, which cost us time with just talking to the tech support alone because the printer does not work wirelessly at all. We had a lot of printer exchanges, but nothing really works. So, we got the MP620 from Amazon.com and 1o minutes later, it was working well in our home network. The Canon MP620 is definitely a great product. Aside from its wireless capabilities, it is very easy to set up. Moreover the printing quality is more than satisfactory and it prints quietly. There is an on board screen that can be navigated for functions such as printing, scanning, copy, and fax. The papers are loaded in the bottom tray resulting into clean lines appearance. Moreover, the output tray can be closed when not in use, but automatically opens when printing is ongoing. However, the MP620 prints slower than the other printers, and its ink are not easily available yet. Also, it is rather confusing identifying the inks that go with it. Nonetheless, I am perfectly happy with the Canon MP620.
