The 15.6-inch display is LED backlit and has a resolution of 1366×768 which is standard. Images get washed out when viewing at maximum brightness. Great Laptop at Great Price
I bought this laptop as a replacement for my single core unit. I was reluctant at first because I have never owned a Gateway PC. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. As a computer student in college I need a powerful machine and this is just that. Very powerful with the AMD Dual Core Processor and the 4gigs of RAM. The video card is great worked for every game I have tried even Crisis which needs a monster video card. The only problem I have had with this is it comes with Windows Vista(YUCK!!!). But as a computer student I had a licensed copy of Windows 7 Professional 64-bit that I installed as soon as i got it. I didn’t want to even waist my time with Vista. If you like Vista this is a very great PC to buy but if your like the 80% of the population that does not like Vista get the NV 5207.
